Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
[Restart Fitness legal entity name] ("Restart Fitness", "we", "us"), Dubai, UAE, is responsible for your personal data collected through this website and the Restart Fit 60 · Road to 2027 campaign.
2. What we collect
When you register your interest on this website:
- Your full name and mobile number.
- Your preferred branch and membership category.
- Your consent to be contacted, with the date and time you registered and a reference number.
If you take part in the campaign (in-branch and through the reassessment link):
- Body composition (BCA) results, body measurements and BMI.
- Progress photographs (front, side and back).
- Attendance, workout-consistency and compliance records.
Body measurements, BCA results and photographs are health-related and are treated as sensitive. We collect them only from participants, and only for the purposes below.
3. Why we use it
- To contact you by phone or WhatsApp about Restart Fit 60 and book your initial assessment.
- To run the campaign: assess and score participants, select finalists and winners, run the lucky draw and award prizes.
- To keep records of your consent and to handle questions or complaints.
Our basis for doing so is your consent (given when you tick the box on the registration form), and, for participants, the performance of the campaign you have chosen to take part in. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 7).
4. Who sees it, and where it is processed
- Your details are accessible only to authorised Restart Fitness staff involved in running the campaign.
- Registration details are stored in a Google Sheet operated by Restart Fitness, using Google Workspace / Google Apps Script. Google acts as a service provider and may process data on servers outside the UAE.
- If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled through WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- Your photographs and results are never published without your explicit consent.
5. How long we keep it
Registration details are kept for [period, e.g. 12 months after the campaign ends]. Assessment records and photographs are kept for [period] and then securely deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we are required by law to keep them.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access limited to authorised staff and secured accounts. No online system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us more information than the form asks for.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable UAE law, you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, contact us using the details below. Withdrawing consent will not affect processing done before you withdrew, but it may mean you can no longer take part in the campaign.
8. Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies of its own. It loads fonts and icons from third-party services (Google Fonts, unpkg) which may receive your IP address and browser details. [Add details here if you later add analytics or advertising pixels.]
9. Children
The campaign is intended for adults aged [18] and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
