Campaign Terms & Conditions

1. The campaign

Restart Fit 60 · Road to 2027 (the "Campaign") is a 60-day transformation challenge organised by [Restart Fitness legal entity name, trade licence no.] ("Restart Fitness", "we", "us"), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By registering or taking part you agree to these terms.

2. Campaign period and key dates

• Registration opens: 15 October 2026 and closes at the baseline assessment deadline.
• Campaign period: 15 October 2026 to 5 January 2027.
• Baseline assessment: by 31 October 2026.
• Reassessment checkpoints: every 15 days (15 Nov, 30 Nov, 15 Dec, 30 Dec). Submissions close 48 hours after each checkpoint date.
• Lucky draw: 1 January 2027.
• Top 10 finalists announced: 5 January 2027.
• Final circuit challenge: 9 January 2027.
• Winners awarded: 16 January 2027.

Dates are provisional and may be changed by Restart Fitness. Any change will be communicated to registered participants.

3. Eligibility and entry

• The Campaign is open to new and existing Restart Fitness members aged [18] or over who are able to take part in physical training safely.
• Entry into the Campaign is free for members on a 3, 6 or 12 month membership. Members on a 1-month membership pay a Campaign entry fee of AED 29, payable in-branch, in addition to their monthly membership fees. The entry fee is for the Campaign only; it is separate from, and does not replace or reduce, any gym membership fees.
• Registering your interest online does not complete your entry. You must also complete a baseline assessment at your branch before the deadline. No baseline, no entry.
• Participants should consult a doctor before beginning a new training programme. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for your own health and safety.
• Staff of Restart Fitness and their immediate family are [eligible / not eligible] for prizes.

4. How participants are assessed

Participants follow a structured plan and are reassessed every 15 days. At each checkpoint you submit your BMI, body measurements, BCA (body composition analysis) results where available, and progress photographs. Measurements and BCA are taken in-branch by a coach; photographs are uploaded through the secure reassessment link sent to registered participants.

Missing a checkpoint, or submitting incomplete or inaccurate records, reduces your compliance score. Restart Fitness may disqualify a participant whose records appear falsified, altered or taken under conditions that are not comparable to the baseline.

5. Scoring (100 points)

Participants are scored on their own progress against their own baseline, not against anyone else's starting point.

Detailed calculation methods, treatment of missed reassessments, tie-break rules and circuit scoring will be published to participants before judging: [insert or link].

6. Finalists and winners

• Ten finalists, five male and five female, are selected on the 100-point framework using verified assessment records.
• Finalists compete in a timed, coach-judged circuit challenge on 9 January 2027. Format, stations and scoring are published to finalists before the event.
• One male winner and one female winner are selected under the approved final judging procedure. Decisions of the judges are final.

7. Prizes

• Transformation Challenge: one iPhone 18 Pro Max for the male winner and one for the female winner, plus an AED 500 Restart Fitness voucher for each of the ten finalists. Prizes are awarded on 16 January 2027.
• Lucky draw (separate from the transformation results): one 12-month Restart Fitness membership, drawn on 1 January 2027 from participants who purchase a 6 or 12 month membership during the Campaign; and one Apple Watch or Samsung Galaxy Watch, subject to these final approved terms. Transformation winners are not eligible for the membership lucky-draw prize.
• Prizes are as described, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Product models, colours and specifications are subject to availability; Restart Fitness may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• Vouchers are valid for [validity period and what they can be used for].
• Winners must collect prizes within [period] of notification. Uncollected prizes may be withdrawn or redrawn.
• Winners are responsible for any taxes or charges associated with a prize, where applicable.

8. Photographs and publicity

Your photographs and results are not published without your explicit consent. If you win or are named a finalist, Restart Fitness may ask for your permission to use your name, photograph and results in campaign publicity. You may decline without losing your prize.

9. Fair play, changes and cancellation

• Restart Fitness may disqualify any participant who breaches these terms, behaves unsafely or abusively towards staff or other members, or tries to gain an unfair advantage.
• We may amend, suspend or cancel the Campaign, or change dates, if circumstances outside our reasonable control require it or if required by a regulator. Where this happens we will inform participants.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Restart Fitness is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, [confirm].
